TENNIS coaching
Monique was Director and Head Tennis Coach of a High Performance Tennis Academy in Sydney. She has coached and traveled with professional tennis players and international juniors, accumulating 8 years of tennis coaching experience.
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
As Head of Strength and Conditioning for the elite junior tennis and professional athlete program in Sydney, Monique delivered training programs and sessions for over 60 athletes aged 6 – 25 yrs.

Video analysis is conducted with a view to chart progress and to engage athletes in the learning process.
